The following prices include all taxes, utilities, one set of clean linens and towels. The apartment has telephone with free local calls and ability to receive calls, Cable TV with 100 channels including some English speaking, and High Speed Cable Internet included in the price. There is a phone to make local calls. To make long distance calls you will need to buy a phone card from a Tabac or Post Office. The studio is equipped with a full size bed, bathroom with shower, a functional kitchenette with all necessary utensils, clothes iron, vacuum cleaner, fan, and electric heater.
Rates:
1 Week: 495 euros for 1 or 2 people
2 Weeks: 940 euros for 1 or 2 people
3 Nights (the minimum stay): 90 euros per night for 1 or 2 people
4 Nights: 85 euros per night for 1 or 2 people
5 Nights: 80 euros per night for 1 or 2 people
Reservation Deposit
You can hold your reservation with a signed agreement and 100 euro deposit. This can be the equivalent of 100 euros, in the form of personal check or money order mailed to us. This deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your reservation. The balance of the rent can be paid in euros upon check-in at the studio or in advance by check.
Damage Deposit
You will need to submit a damage deposit of 100 euros cash or travelers check to the property manager when you arrive at the apartment. This will be returned to you, barring any damages or lost key, when you check out.
