The studio is 23 sq meters in area. This is about 240 sq ft. This may sound small, but it is the same size my wife and I rented the last time we went to Paris and we loved it. After furnishing our studio, we hosted a wonderful dinner party in the apartment with 8 of our friends and never felt cramped. It's a perfect, affordable place for a 2 week Parisian experience.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor (what Americans call the 3rd floor) without an elevator. It is in a quiet building with nice tenants. It is surrounded by restaurants, shops, Galerie Vero-Dodat, the Louvre, Palais Royal, the Seine, Notre Dame...in fact, it is in the center of Paris! If you can find the Louvre, you can find our studio!
