Located on rue Jean Jacques Rousseau, in the heart of Paris, in the First Arrondissement, sits a cozy, quiet, affordable, furnished studio apartment for rent for 1 or 2 people that has a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchenette, and a living room with a comfortable bed. Located in central Paris, you are within easy walking distance to the famous Louvre Museum, Jardin du Palais-Royal, Cathedrale Notre Dame, La Seine with its artists & merchants, restaurants, shopping, and the Paris lifestyle.

The apartment interior and entryway have been recently remodeled and we are ready to receive guests on a seasonal, weekly basis. The rate is 495 euros by week for 1 or 2 people. A rent deposit of 100 euros is required to hold the reservation. Rent payments are acceptable in USD, AUD, or CAD in advance or Euros upon arrival. Rates are all inclusive. Our friend and manager, Bruno, will meet you at the door to check you in and help you get settled. He lives nearby and is available to help you enjoy your visit. He speaks French, English, and Spanish.
Many of our friends are excited to have the opportunity to rent an affordable furnished apartment in central Paris from people they know and trust, so be sure to contact us for availability.
